Jurasin Oil & Gas, Inc., is now Radiant Oil Gas; the result of the August 2010 merger.

Jurasin Oil & Gas, Inc. was started in 1987 and incorporated in 1990 by its president & CEO, John M. Jurasin. The company moved from Metairie, Louisiana to Houston in 2005. With the addition of several key employees, and the formation of strategic alliances, Jurasin Oil & Gas, Inc. is expanding from its exploration base into drilling and production.
